Classes are held at the following times:

Monday 10.00 - 11.30am

Monday 6.00 - 7.15pm (prenatal) and 7.30 - 9.00pm

Tuesday 7.30 - 9.30pm

Wednesday 7.30 - 9.00pm

Thursday 7.30 - 9.00pm

Saturday 9 - 10.30am

Please arrive a few minutes early so the class can start on time
